We found this hole in the wall sushi restaurant which has some of the best sushi I've ever had, and I eat lots from all over the world! The flavor of each roll we have is so distinct and well balanced. Service is standard, nothing overly friendly but courteous. We enjoyed their food so much we came back before leaving town. ”

This small sushi spot had a delicious array of options, great service, and quality sushi rolls. We had a great lunch there, service was awesome, and I can't wait to go back! Many people were in and out picking up orders, so it seems to also be a popular pick for takeout. ”

We had the Lion King roll, Dynamite roll, #114 and the Cream Cheese Monkey Brain (listed under sides) Additionally we got the soft shell crab.. also amazing! I think the Monkey Brain was my favorite! Truly a hidden gem. Just one guy out front and maybe another in the kitchen working. Super nice and fast service. The restaurant itself was cute and small, clean and relaxing. We are from Ohio doing a hiking road trip for my birthday so this was a great treat! ”

“ Super tasty off the beaten path sushi place in Arcata. It's a mom n pop shop atmosphere but the food is fine dining style. We both got a roll with salmon in it, can't remember the names but they were both delicious. The Miso soup, tempura veggies and edamame are all bomb too. Made a mistake of ordering three sakis, they came in a nice size bottle with more than enough for the three of us. Portions are generous and the food is fresh. Got the seaweed salad this trip and it was great, nice roasted sesame flavor. This is now our favorite place to get sushi in Arcata ”
